We charge £1.50 per item for orders to the UK, £2.50 per item for Europe and £3.50 per item for the Rest of the World. We reserve the right to vary all postage charges from time to time. UK orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail and all other orders by Airmail. 5) Can I still buy goods if I don't have a credit card, or by postal mail? Yes. We also accept cheques, postal orders and International Money Orders but they must be in UK Pounds Sterling. We aim to dispatch all items within 14 days of receiving your order (or with payments by cheque, once your cheque has cleared). 7) Are goods from you under any sort of guarantee? Yes. We give a 30-day money back guarantee which means that if you're not completely satisfied, providing goods are returned to us in good condition within 30 days of your purchase, we guarantee to exchange goods or refund your money We must be notified by email within 24 hours of delivery should merchandise arrive with you in a faulty condition. 8) Who runs this shop?
